Perfect Location Close To Beaches And Local Amenities Wonderful Views Only Drawback Is Limited Parking Space If You Have More Than One Vehicle

Thank you for your review. We’re very pleased you enjoyed your stay, particularly the beaches and the views. I’m afraid we are limited on space but did extend our area to allow for 2 large cars to neatly fit side-by-side ( we take 2 Volvo XC90s with friends and can fit them both in). We feel that we’re lucky in New Quay to have both parking and a garden! Best wishes Rebecca & Jon

It Had Everything We Needed. Also A Surprise Welcome Pack. A Supermarket, 2 X Pubs And A Take-Away Pizza Are A 2 Minute Walk Away. The Beautiful Sandy Beaches And Harbour Are Approximately Less Than 10 Minutes Downhill Walk. There'S A Car-Park Next To The Centre Of Activities, The Harbour Area So Good For Families With Children Or People With Limited Movement. I Would Definitely Return As I Unfortunately Didn'T Have Time To Go On A Dolphin Watch Boat

Such A Great Relaxing Break. Everything You Need For A Complete Home From Home Experience. Location Can'T Be Beaten And Neither Can The View! Very Clean And Comfortable. Loved It! Great Pubs For Food ( A Dog Friendly Pub 50 Yards Away), Great Deli, Butcher And Fish Monger 10 Mins Walk Away And Fantastic Beaches. What More Could You Want

The most relaxing tranquil holiday cottage. What a gorgeous place. Very well equipped and spacious. Views were awesome and the log burner a welcome addition to the nighttime. Will definitely be returning. It was a perfect family holiday.

This was the second time we stayed at Waters Edge, we spent new year in this lovely house, we had a wonderful time, we really appreciated the hamper that was left for us.I would recommend this wonderful house for your next holiday.

Our second time here, it doesn’t disappoint! The house and New Quay feels like home to us, lucky to see the dolphins again and have plenty of sunny weather for the beach, our 3 children love it here and never want to leave. Can’t wait to come back in 2021.

We have had a great week in this lovely house weather at the end of September was unsettled but it was warm and snug with the log burner on. I was lucky enough to see dolphins from the patio most days, we can’t wait until we visit at New Year.

Fantastic holiday again! Lovely cottage, only little moans are the hedges have grown a lot and we couldn't see the beautiful view from the lawn; also I Think the sunloungers are not very safe so we didn't use them in case I hurt my back. Cottage definitely our favourite in New Quay.  Thank you for the lovely welcome pack, wine most enjoyable on a hot day on decking. We even saw a few dolphins! 🙂 Thanks

So sorry to hear about hedges and sun lounger. Hedges now trimmed and sun-loungers replaced straight away as they were definitely not looking their best.Thanks for great review, and look forward to seeing you again. x
