A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required on booking to confirm the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (no reminder will be sent). If booking less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, payment is due in full. Payment by Bank Transfer only.
Once a booking is confirmed a legal contract has been entered into and in the event of cancellation the full amount must be paid. You may wish to take out cancellation insurance.
No receipt is sent for balance payment unless requested.
Electricity and central heating is included in the price.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. are provided and beds made up ready for arrival.
Cars, luggage and all personal effects are at guests risks at all times.
Any breakages/damages must be informed and paid for.
Water’s Edge is available from 3pm onwards.
Please consider other guests and neighbours by keeping noise to a respectable level at all times whilst being quite after 10.30pm.
Please vacate by 10.30am, including moving the car if you wish to stay in NQ for longer. Please leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as it was found on arrival.
Please remove all rubbish from the cottage on departure and place in the bins provided outside.
Smoking is not permitted in the cottages, but is acceptable outside – please show consideration for other guests and pick up any cigarette ends.
Dogs are welcome, but please ensure that all dog-mess is picked up and put in the dog bin at the top of the drive. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or upstairs.
